Green moon ( aakupachcha chandamama raitu)

Green moon ( aakupachcha chandamama raitu)

You are the green moon only you are
No spots on you no spots at all

What magic does the moon in the sky has
You have the splendor of taking out food from the soil
He is amid the stars in the heaven
You are in the drops of sweat
You are in the stars of sweat

When rainy season arrives Wearing a veil of clouds
The smile of the moon gets concealed
You are the dusky moon with mire all over
In the rains and floods
He is the elegance of the clouds
You are the flash of the fields

The lamp of full moon shades will change one a day
Shape of endless troubles Bends twice a day
He is the crescent of no moon day
You are the curve of starving

Named as lotus lover but
Alas he can never reach his love
Whose curse is it to spend a night?
Without the pleasure of a better half
He is the sentinel of night and you are the
Guard of garden at night

Once in an year
an eclipse by Rahu and Ketu in the grandma stories
If the crop comes into hands a volley of Rahu’s around
Eclipses only throughout the year
He has a liberty but you are the
Life prisoner

The priest’s mother said
He was born in a milky ocean
Your mother delivered you in an ocean of tears
She said
You give us the moonlight but
You never get any brilliance

You, the hard workers cultivate
The earth and heaven
Though you, the philosophers, couldn’t get the fruit
Never feel tired
He is the ball of butter in the sky and you
The spine of earth
